What do you enjoy most about working at Manpower? Manpower has provided me with numerous opportunities to develop my skills and progress within the organisation. I love the variety that my role and Manpower gives me, the chance to work directly with a great team and also on a broader scale across the organisation.

Briefly describe your normal day? My role is to develop and grow the Sydney CBD office. I work closely with a great team here in Sydney to grow business opportunities, attract talented candidates and match their skills to our clients needs. There is a lot of variety and each day is different. One day I can be screening and interviewing candidates, the next I can be developing business or coaching and developing the skills of my team in areas such as sales, objection handling, negotiation and client management. I'm also involved at looking at our business strategy, ensuring that we are aligned to the overall strategy and that we are achieving this at all levels.  All of which makes Manpower a great place to work.

What is the most enjoyable experience you've had with Manpower? I have had many enjoyable experiences throughout my time at Manpower both in my current role and also in my previous role working with Manpower Professional. I would have to say that the best experiences I have had, have been building relationships with both my clients and candidates and being involved in changing peoples lives and achieving both their business and personal goals.
