Executive General Manager - Experis

Rod is the Executive General Manager of Experis, Australia. He is accountable for brand client satisfaction and the daily operations of the IT Professional Services delivery team. His role will see him expand Experis nationally and functionally. The functional expansion will see the launching of Academy services and ITC project services.

Rod has over 25 years of corporate experience across a broad range of industries having held Functional, Consulting and Senior Leadership roles in the Information Management and Communications industries. Rod’s experience extends across associated technical functions, call centre operations, analytics, performance improvement, recruitment, outsourcing, procurement, workforce management and organisational leadership.

Previously to his appointment with ManpowerGroup Australia, he was a Principal Consultant and Partner at 6 Degrees Consulting where he specialised in Business Efficiencies, Business Strategy Consulting and Program Delivery with local Australian businesses.

His previous leadership positions include Regional Administration manager, Commercial Manager, Head of Sales, Regional Manager, and Executive General Manager.

Technical experience includes Business Consulting, Program Management, Test Management, Business Change, Performance Optimisation, Employee Engagement, KPI Development, Performance Management, P&L Management and C2B/B2B relationships.

Rod has worked across multiple industries with experience in Natural Resources, Utilities, Telecommunications, Government (State & Federal), Aged Care, IT Services, and Professional Services.
