APS5 - APS6 Administrators and Scribes

A Government client is seeking an APS5 and APS6 Scribe and Administrator for an initial 3 month contract with possible extensions.
The successful candidate will be providing high administrative and secretariat tasks, as well minute taking and scribing tasks in multiple environments within a fast paced workplace. You must have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills, as well as some previous experience in the APS.

The main responsibilities of this role is:

  • Assisting committees by taking comprehensive notes in fast pace and high-pressure environment
  • Preparing and transposing meeting notes into reports for committee review
  • Be responsive to feedback and improvement opportunities as presented by committee
  • Occasionally perform assigned administrative duties


Experience in the APS in a similar role, and understanding of Commonwealth procurement is desirable.
