What to expect:
You will report to the Assistant Director case management, and work as part of the case management team to provide specialist support to the client's workforce in rehabilitation and health case management, under-performance, conduct and complaints case management as required.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Undertake case management of early intervention, compensation, and non-compensation rehabilitation case management.
- Case management of complaints, under-performance, and Code of Conduct complex people issues, and may include legal disputes.
- Provide case updates to stakeholders regarding case management issues.
- Work collaboratively across the HR function and within the section in delivering strategic case management advice and services.
- Use evidence to formulate case management and HR interventions to improve capability.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders and providers where required, to achieve positive outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external legal representatives to co-ordinate responses to legal disputes.
