Change Communication Manager

Location - Sydney CBD
Long Term Contract - 12 months to start with possible extensions
Rate - $950/day - $1000/day

The individual will influence and manage change using their strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. As a key member for the Digital team, you must able to collaborate and communicate in cross-functional, agile teams and have an openness to continuous feedback and iteration.

Role includes -

  • Designing and implementing change management strategies including detailed change impact and risk assessments, stakeholder management, planning internal and external communications, training requirements and embedding approach
  • Leading the tailored design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Establishing strong relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborating with them to understand and advise on the full extent of change and implications of their strategies
  • Preparing collateral / templates that will support and enable the capture of data and insights
  • Defining measures of success metrics and monitor change progress via reporting, ensuring change accomplishes business benefits

Selection Criteria -

  • Qualifications in media, communications or related disciplineis a must
  • Solid experience as a Change Communications Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering people/organisational change on cross-functional transformation programs
  • Proven track record and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and their implementation in a large complex environment
  • Demonstrable experience in the development, review and implementation of a range of Internal Comms strategies, policies, practices and procedures
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to influence
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
