Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) is a collaborative arrangement between ManpowerGroup Australia. An excellent role is now available for an organised, motivated person to join our team.
All successful candidates will use their excellent interpersonal skills to provide a high level of service and supervision to candidates whilst they are in East Sale undertaking their Officer Selection Board process.
This role will be on a casual basis with 12-hour shifts being allocated on a rotating roster. Shifts will either be 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.
Direct supervision of candidates and responsibility for candidate welfare
- Responsibility for candidate transportation to and from Melbourne Airport
- Liaising with ADF, DFR and other client personnel
- Adherence to organisation and other best practice requirements for the provision of care to candidates

To be successful in this role, you will require
- Ability to get Security Clearance - Will begin process once hired
- Drivers Licence
