We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join a large facilities services team based in Bandiana, VIC. This is a casual position offering full-time hours Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after approximately 3 months for the right candidates.

No prior cleaning experience is required, however previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or commercial cleaning experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of bathrooms, amenities and shower facilities
• Cleaning accommodation areas, including bed making and housekeeping duties
• Cleaning office and administration areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Working in active environments around staff and visitors
• Travelling between different work areas across the site

About You

• Australian Citizen (essential)
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Willing to obtain a National Police Check (cost covered by employer)
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties

Preferred Experience (Not Essential)

• Commercial cleaning
• Housekeeping
• Hospitality cleaning
• Hospital or healthcare cleaning environments

Essential Requirements

Due to the nature of the site, applicants must:

• Be an Australian Citizen
• Hold a current driver's licence
• Have access to their own transport
• Successfully complete a National Police Check prior to commencement
