Our client specialises in lease management and consulting services across a range of industries and sectors.
We are seeking outstanding individuals that are not only skilled but are energetic and are able to work positively within a team.
This role is a casual ongoing position and work hours will be on a roster, Mon-Sun. There are multiple shift times available across the day.
This position has the flexibility to work from home after you have completed your training.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be providing exceptional service to your customers.
In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks
- Manage incoming calls, 45-50 calls per day
- Ensuring you follow up and manage clients outcomes to ensure the best experience
- Claims and complaints duties
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:-
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and stay organised
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly under pressure
