Customer Service Associate (4 days a week)

Location: Murarrie

Work Arrangement : Onsite

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company. You will support internal teams and manage customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Process orders within set timeframes
Track deliveries and liaise with logistics providers
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Support account setup, returns, and credit/debit processing
Prepare basic reports

Skills & Experience

HSC or relevant qualification
2+ years in a similar role
Microsoft Office and SAP/CRM experience
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Team-oriented approach
