We have a large need for Executive Assistants for our clients, and we are seeking expressions of interest from professionals that are considering a change, looking for a move or a promotion in the NSW and Victoria areas.

Our clients are seeking both long and short term EA associates and we will offer very competitive rates as well as great companies, cultures and teams that are derived from our clients.

What you can expect:

You will work with CEO's, CFO's, CIO's, Senior Managers and Executive Leaders and your duties may include:

  • Managing select leader's diaries and supporting these leaders as required
  • Internal organisation meeting management
  • Key Member Quarterly meeting management with internal team and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate member details in CRM
  • Office, technology and people process administration
  • Cover for other roles on leave such as operations associate and finance associate
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external stakeholders
  • Undertake complex projects as directed
  • Producing reports and presentations

About You:

It is essential that you will have experience working with and supporting C-Suite leaders, a strong attention to detail and process and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Must have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced high-level role.
  • Demonstrated Correspondence, inbox, and diary management experience.
  • Work legally in Australia
