The Opportunity

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that generate demand and support growth initiatives. You'll help execute regional and global marketing programs, support account-based marketing activities, and contribute to event marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives that support pipeline generation and business growth
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with territory priorities and commercial objectives
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through audience targeting, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for optimisation
• Localise and execute regional and global marketing programs for the ANZ market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise the impact of events and integrated marketing campaigns
• Contribute innovative ideas and marketing best practices to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness

Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology or SaaS sector
• Experience executing marketing campaigns and supporting events from concept through to delivery
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working closely with sales teams, vendors, and senior business leaders
• A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working autonomously
• Based in Sydney and willing to travel across ANZ when required for events
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira is highly regarded
