Food & Beverage Attendant - Immediate Start | Casual | Defence Site

We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to support hospitality operations at a secure Defence site in East Sale, VIC. This is an excellent short‑term opportunity with the potential for extension based on performance and team fit.

About the Role

You'll be working across mess and bar areas, delivering high‑quality service to staff and guests. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, works well in a team, and takes pride in exceptional customer service.

Role Details

• Location: East Sale, VIC

• Hours: Minimum 12 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts

• Shifts:

  • Morning: 6:00am - 9:00am

  • Evening: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

• Pay Rate: $32.79 per hour + super, paid weekly

• Potential for extension based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service

• Support mess and bar operations

• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas

• Follow food safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with restocking, cleaning, and general hospitality duties

• Contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

Mandatory:

• RSA certification

• Australian Citizenship (required for Defence site access)

• Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check (cost covered)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Preferred:

• Previous hospitality or F&B experience

• Understanding of food safety standards (training provided)
