About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver & Pick Packer to join a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Kilsyth. This is a long‑term, ongoing role offering stability, consistent hours, and guaranteed pay progression.

You'll be part of a high‑performing warehouse team where accuracy, safety, and independence are valued. If you enjoy hands‑on work and can operate confidently with limited supervision, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders based on daily warehouse requirements

• Pack products securely to ensure safe and damage‑free transport

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment

• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock throughout the warehouse

• Support general warehouse operations as required

Skills & Experience

• Valid LF Forklift Licence

• Experience in picking, packing, and forklift operations

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Physically fit with the ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods

• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
