Alternatively, if you have the experience and ability to join the team as a Principal Consultant, you will likely have more extensive experience, and have the added capability of managing projects (resource allocation, delivery accountabilities) and the ability to develop business by identifying opportunities in new and existing clients.
As you might be able to tell, the team are a high performing, flexible and driven - but without a common touch and humble approach.
To join this great team, you will need to have a good measure of problem solving ability and be a dynamic thinker. Experience in a consulting role will be highly advantageous, although industry experience (plus the right attitude) will be seriously considered too.
