High Reach Forklift Driver

Altona VIC | Ongoing Work | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong reach forklift skills? We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Receiving Operative / High-Reach Driver to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Altona.

This is an ongoing role with genuine temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate.

Hours & Benefits

• Monday to Friday roster
• Start between 6:00am - 8:00am
• Finish between 2:00pm - 4:00pm - we need flixibility
• Overtime available
• Ongoing, stable work
• Opportunity for full-time permanent placement

Key Responsibilities

• Operating reach forklift (including double deep racking)
• Putaway and retrieval of stock
• Receiving and dispatch duties
• Using RF scanners for inventory management
• Manual handling and lifting as required
• Working safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Supporting team operations and meeting daily targets

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a high-reach forklift driver
• Experience with double deep racking
• Experience driving a 10 tonne forklift - we need a minimum of 2/3 of these requirements
• RF scanning experience
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willing to perform manual duties (not forklift-only role)
