We are currently seeking dedicated Forklift Operator for our client with Cold Storage Warehouse in Clayton South, VIC.
Job Title: High Reach Forklift operator (double deep + cold storage)
Working Hours : 7:00am - 3:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:00pm
From Mon to Fri ongoing
Pay rates : Casual position - $35 + cold room allowance + Super
Able to start immediate
Notes
- Brand new facility
- Opportunity to be a member of this new branch/team
- Raymond brand forklifts - double deep picking competency is required
- Cold temperature allowance (approx $1.04 ( -15.6 degree) $2.08 (- 23.3 degree)
Responsibilities:
- Physical picking of stock/ Medium-Heavy lifting
- Can be Loading or unloading trucks
- Picking using RF scanners
- General Warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cold storage environment is preferred.
- Warehouse management skill.
- 12 mths of Forklift experience with double deep + cold storage
- Jacket will be provided.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20kg and move objects as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
