Our global health care client is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team in Sydney.

Flexible work is available. Experience with diary management will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar/diary management for Managing Director locally, globally and or regionally
  • Consistently exercises good organisational skills and judgement in setting priorities, whilst always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Effectively & consistently provides the business with administrative support.
  • Assisting with a range of accounting, personnel, payroll or purchasing activities
  • HR Operations - on-boarding and off boarding documentation and lead seamless process, organize exit interviews where required
  • Use of company systems - expenses, purchase orders, invoices, visitor notification
  • Provide support and/or lead various employee engagement programs and activities

Key competencies, skills & experience required

  • Relevant two-year certificate qualification and at least 2-4 years experience in an administrative / HR Coordinator role.
  • Previous experience supporting at director/manager level and supporting various people in a team environment.
  • Intermediate/Advanced level user experience of MS WORD, MS POWERPOINT, MS EXCEL, MS OUTLOOK, Workday
  • Superior organisational skills and experience and a systematic approach to work.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and respond in a timely, effective manner.
  • Ability to work with a high level of attention to detail.
