Sales Support / Sales Administrator - Global IT Business
Our global IT business is looking to hire Sales Support/ Administrator as part of their growing team based in Sydney. We have multiple roles to fill with long term contract on offer. (12 months to start with). Looking at candidates coming from IT Sales support background. This is no sales job, the responsibilities is pretty much assisting in Sales Account Managers with updating details in their system.
Ideal candidate -
- Prior experience working and supporting IT Sales Account Managers
- Solid experience with data entry
- Exceptional MS Office skills - Excel, Outlook
- You must be familiar with using data entry system. Any prior experience with Salesforce.com is a bonus
- Be hardworking, tenacious, determined, and persistent
- Account Data Management
- Customer contact data entry in CRM tool
- Must have worked for a large process and team
- Understanding of IT industry sales is important
- Must have full work rights
