The Company
This well-known international company is a top global fuel products supplier, With more than 50 years in Australia, they proudly operate and extensive network at ll levels of fuel supply across Australia. Today they employee thousands across Australia in retail, logistical, and technical roles.
Due to a period of growth, their property team is looking for a Property Administrator to join their Brisbane based team, in an initial 12 month role with opportunities within the company.

The Role
As the Property Administrator you will be working alongside the Property Specialists and assist them in reporting, liaising with landlords. You will be experienced in property administration, and responsible for writing and sending documents, invoicing, and electronic filing.
Duties will include but not be limited to:-

  • Review existing lease agreements and identify landlord notification requirements to undertake Lessee works
  • Processing current and historical invoices
  • Prepare notification letters in accordance with the lease to obtain LL consent
  • Assist Property Specialists in managing administrative duties
  • Assist in auditing and maintaining property databases
  • Ad hoc property administration tasks

About You
As the Property Administrator you will have experience in administration and database management. You will be organised, passionate and a team player. You will be interested in working with a successful international organisation in Property Coordination, and you will be excited at opportunities to learn and advance your career.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ year's experience in administration
  • some experience with Property Administration, commercial preferred
  • Strong ability to manage databases
  • experience with database maintenance
  • experience with invoicing
  • High-level attention to detail
  • experience with SAP an advantage
