ManpowerGroup is actively engaged with a State Government department that is now looking for a talented L&D Specialist. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of learning and capability programs. This is a 6-month contract with high potential to extend.
What to Expect:
- Support the design, delivery, and implementation of training programs and materials
- Use a range of delivery modes to build and enhance workforce capability
- Provide advice in relation to learning and development plans and curriculum
- Analyse learning and capability results to highlight success measures
- Administer the LMS forum and new user requests to support the learner community
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a continuous learning and development culture
About you:
- You are an experienced L&D specialist, and enjoy keeping up to date with industry developments to deliver quality services within an agile and continuously changing environment
- You can balance competing demands and priorities to meet the challenges of a demanding and complex workload, while ensuring high level accuracy and quality of work
- You're comfortable with negotiating and re-prioritising training schedules, can handle heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and conflicting high-level commitments
