Job description

  • Seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Clients busy Learning & Development (L&D) team

    Role Scope & Responsibilities

    This role is heavily focused on training administration, coordination, and ticket management, including:

    • Managing a high-volume ticketing system and inbox
    • Daily triage of training-related tickets and allocation to correct team
    • Acting as the central coordination point for training requests
    • Booking and coordinating training
    • Managing training transactions, enrolments, and scheduling
    • Financial administration
    • Liaising with stakeholders at employee and manager level
    • Ensuring tickets are resolved and closed efficiently and accurately

    What We're Looking For

    Experience & Background

    • Previous experience in:
      • L&D coordination, training administration, or a similar coordinator role
      • High-volume, workflow-driven environments (ticketing systems essential)
    • Exposure to both coordination and finance/admin tasks strongly preferred
    • Experience working within structured or regulated environments highly regarded
    • Candidates must have experience in a similar environment

      • Comfortable dealing with employees, managers, and multiple departments
      • Communication via phone, Teams, email, and occasional face-to-face
    • Calm under pressure - able to handle large volumes of information without becoming overwhelmed
    • Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments
    • Confident asking questions and adjusting to changing processes
    • High level of autonomy and accountability
    • Strong attention to detail, particularly with ticket assignment and follow-through
