One of our clients is currently looking to engage with Level 1 Help desk Support Officer. this opportunity provides ongoing training, development opportunities and works with a supportive team committed to providing quality service to our clients in one of the largest employers in Queensland.
The Help desk Officer will provide the first point of contact and, where possible, an initial point of resolution for incidents and support requests for the department's Management Systems and associated modules.
The right candidate will also resolve the Department Management and Learning Systems incidents and requests through effective questioning, negotiation, application of knowledge and use of interpersonal skills ensuring the provision of high-quality customer service to stakeholders and users of the Systems.
To be successful for the role, you should have experience in:
- Basic Troubleshooting
- Great customer service
- Application Support experience (optional)
Education background is a plus!
