Lifeguard - Casual Opportunities | Puckapunyal Area

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Lifeguards to join our team based in the Puckapunyal area.

This role offers a dynamic work environment within a well-maintained aquatic facility, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and teamwork.

• Competitive pay rate: approx. $35 - $36 per hour + super
• Weekly pay
• Flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday, including morning and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pool users and ensure a safe environment at all times
• Conduct routine pool water testing and maintain appropriate chemical levels
• Assist patrons with pool and basic gym equipment use where required
• Maintain cleanliness of aquatic areas, including pool deck, sauna, and equipment
• Operate pool cleaning equipment such as vacuums
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to incidents appropriately

About You

• Lifeguard or pool attendant experience preferred
• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and customer service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
• Reliable and punctual, with own transport

Essential Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate - or willing to renew
• Current Police Check (within 30 days), or willingness to obtain
