Mixing Operator - Food Production | Ongoing Work | Heidelberg West

We are currently seeking an experienced Mixing Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Heidelberg West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work in a supportive team environment.

What's on offer:

• Monday to Friday, ongoing work
• Day shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• 30-38 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate: $32.31 per hour + super

Key responsibilities:

• Operating mixing equipment in line with production requirements
• Accurately measuring and combining ingredients
• Monitoring product consistency and quality
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas
• Following strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

About you:

• Previous experience in a mixing role within food production is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
