They are the undisputed pioneers and market leaders in their industry. They are looking for an Operations, Invoicing & Reconciliations Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.


The Role


The Operations, Invoicing & Reconciliations Officer will be part of the wider Team and support across a variety of funcitons. This will be on a rotating AM & PM roster, 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week, Monday to Saturday. Every third weekend you will have a 5 day break.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

  • Daily Reconciliations of Loadings
  • Respond to transport/logistics issues and provide a solution
  • Prepare invoices for processing
  • Provide administrative support to the terminal manager
  • Set up load codes, and update within customer credit limits



About You
As the successful Operations, Invoicing & Reconciliations Officer you will be experienced in Administration and operations support. You will be independent and self-motivated, but eager to work with the team when needed. You will have strong accuracy and attention to detail, and as the Operations, Invoicing & Reconciliations Officer you will also have excellent communication skills.


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Administration role
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Familiar with SAP/ERP systems
  • Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced environment
