They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their HR team in their Brisbane Office.

The Role
As the Senior Payroll Officer you will sit within the HR team and report to the Payroll Supervisor. You will be responsible for the fortnightly payment of all hourly rate employees, and will work with the Payroll Supervisor on all queries and payroll functions. As the Senior Payroll Officer you will be experienced in full end-to-end payroll.You will assist with the implementation of Kronos as the time and attendance system. As the Payroll Officer you will be excited by reports and analytics. In addition, your duties will include, but not limited to:-

  • Fortnightly payroll for approximately 400 hourly employees
  • Processing timesheets and ensuring full accuracy
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing, including onboarding and terminations
  • Assisting with the implementation of Kronos as the time and attendance system
  • Developing new reports and analytics on an ad hoc basis
  • Ad hoc payroll and HR tasks

As the Payroll Officer you will have experience in a similar role. You will love being part of a team and be eager to jump in when needed.
