Manpower are looking for Process workers and Machine operators for a client in Wacol. Ongoing positions with potential to go permanent with a market leader in manufacturing.
About the Role
- Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Machine performance and maintenance
- Previous labouring experience within a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and easily adapt to different working situations
- Must be physically fit and in good health as this is a very physically demanding role
- An eye for detail and a commitment to quality and pride in workmanship

- Mechanically / Practically-minded
- Enthusiastic and enjoy hands-on work and enjoy making things with your hands
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team
- Take pride in your work
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
