Rework Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a day shift Rework Forklift Operator team member to join our fast‑paced warehouse and production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, values safety, and is happy to support both forklift and rework activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move 1 tonne pallets in a small area
• Replenish production lines and rework stations with required materials
• Remove finished goods and place them into storage or dispatch areas
• Assist with staging stock for production and distribution
• Support rework activities, including repacking and labelling when required
• Conduct basic visual checks to prevent damage during handling
• Report any stock damage, discrepancies, or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow all WHS procedures and correctly use PPE at all times
  
  

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence with solid hands‑on operating experience (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or FMCG environment
• Physically fit and willing to assist with manual tasks when required
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

**Please note that this is a varied, hands-on role combining both production duties and forklift operation. We welcome applications from all candidates who hold a current LF Forklift Licence, regardless of how many years of experience they have.**
