Project Manager (BPO / SFE / Systems Transformation)

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate key Business Practices & Compliance (BPO), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and system stabilisation initiatives.

This is a highly impactful role driving delivery of transformation projects such as CRM/Veeva optimisation, SFE outsourcing, and Meeting & Events model changes while ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Asia Pacific regional project teams to deliver priority projects, including:

• Business Practices regional hub support model

• SFE/SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) outsourcing and optimisation

• Transparency reporting outsourcing

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, Finance, and Regional Business Support Centre

• Lead project management of large company-organised events

• Identify and resolve key operational risks across Events, SFE, and CRM/Veeva systems

• Establish and manage project plans, timelines, and governance forums

• Drive issue triage and root cause resolution across systems and processes

• Support transition to meeting owner-led model and future Business Support Centre (BSC) model

• Provide regular updates to Commercial Operations Leadership and Country Leadership Team

• Provide ad-hoc support across SFE, Compliance, and Meeting & Events

• Stabilisation of CRM/Veeva / C360 issues impacting field execution

• Delivery of SFE transformation initiatives

• Structured transition plan toward future state operating model

Skills & Experience

• Project Transformation experience

• 5+ years project or program management experience (pharma/healthcare preferred)

• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership

• Experience with CRM systems (Veeva preferred) and SFE processes - SalesForce CRM

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
