Manpower is actively engaged with a State Government department that is now looking for a responsible for delivery of Property Projects including lease negotiations, land acquisition transactions, new construction and renovation projects, branch developments, administration building fit outs and minor works projects, whilst ensuring that project timeframes, budget and quality objectives are met. This role requires strong customer service skills and close liaison with internal and external stakeholders and external contractors to deliver Projects as required.
Requirements & Skills:
They will possess program and/or project management qualifications or certifications, or demonstrate equivalent experience across a range of methodologies, including PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile. Your proven skills in managing complex and/or high risk projects with multiple stakeholders, in a fluid, dynamic and agile working environment will be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex construction projects in scope and in budget, supported by accreditation in a business acumen being construction, engineering, or similar background.
Project Management in building/construction, potentially client side with Construction/engineering background.
Excellent written communication (e.g. Reporting, Briefing Notes, Business Cases, other project documentation) as well as proficient in a variety of IT platforms including Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Visio, Project Professional or similar) and adaptability to multiple reporting tools, e.g. Oracle and Oracle Business Intelligence and EPM/SharePoint.
