Chef Required
Must be qualified - Cert III minimum, and have a clear and current National Police Check.
Proven experience in the hospitality industry an absolute necessity.
Experience catering to large numbers advantageous as is previous mentoring experience.
Knowledge of current food legislation, including HACCP familiarity, essential.
