We are looking for a recruiter to join our team in the heart of Adelaide to assist in our client growth and management for WA & SA clientele.
Joining the Manpower team, you'll get the opportunity to support a range of existing client portfolio's across specialised recruitment and project account management alongside putting your own stamp on our business by bringing in your own recruitment partnerships. The role will see you complete 360 recruitment including detailed job briefs, educating clients on market conditions, and finding some of the best talent across the manufacturing sector throughout South Australia.
Our Adelaide team thrives on the amazing team culture we have built within our small team and nationally and want to ensure we continue with the right person. We want someone who is client focused, working with a small team of consultants and support staff we strive to build recruitment partnerships rather than labour-hire agreements and look to offer a mature and self-managed environment with corporate and management support that enhances your role, not dictating it.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (to cover WA) with flexible working arrangements. Some out of hours work would be required but very minimal.
You'll need:
- Sales focus on building new relationships and managing a portfolio of clients
- A knowledge of recruitment (Desirable not essential)
- A Valid Driving Licence
- Great communication skills
- Passion for people
- Amazing customer service
- Be results driven
- Love to have fun whilst at work
- Be able to work 10am to 7pm
