About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our clients Perth-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and has a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional outcomes across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing through to placement
- Proactively source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates using multiple channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
- Conduct job briefings and provide market insights and hiring advice to clients
- Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions and coordinate on boarding
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS
- Meet and exceed individual revenue, placement and activity targets
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and internal processes
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency or internal)
- Australian citizen or permanent resident (essential)
- Based in Perth, WA (essential)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Confident conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
