Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Focus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our client's team. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role with a strong emphasis on blue-collar and operational recruitment across a high-volume portfolio.

You will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver quality hiring outcomes while building long-term relationships and trusted partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing through to placement
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates across blue-collar roles
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted recruitment partner
• Conduct job briefings and provide market insights and hiring advice
• Manage offers, negotiations and candidate onboarding
• Maintain accurate records within CRM/ATS systems
• Deliver against individual placement, activity and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and internal processes

About You

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency or internal)
• Strong experience in blue-collar/high-volume recruitment (highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial and results-driven mindset
• Confident interviewing candidates and managing client relationships
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
