This person would be joining the statewide Safety and Wellbeing advisory team which is headed by Team Leader - Safety.
The role provides expert support and advice to our Regional and Metro partners. The primary function is to regularly engage and maintain strong relationships to ensure the continuous improvement of safety and wellbeing systems. The role will deliver safety audits, conduct reviews and implement initiatives that contribute to consistency and improvement actions being taken to improve performance.
The role is designed to work alongside our partners and provide operational intelligence from DELWPs unique work environments and the way our safety and wellbeing systems are applied. Our team of Safety and Wellbeing Advisors play a key support role in delivering a physically and mentally safe workplace for our people
