About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a high-performing payments and financial services team. This is a non-sales, office-based role supporting the day-to-day operations of a business expense and payment solutions function.

Reporting to a supportive leader, you will join a close-knit team and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support within a busy operations team
  • Support and manage payments processing workflows and vendor coordination
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies and issues
  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and Microsoft Teams
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed process documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and operational efficiencies

About You

You're a driven and detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Experience & Background

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (Sales Admin, Accounts Admin, Payments, or Financial Administration)
  • Experience working with payment systems, reconciliations, or financial processes is highly desirable
  • Candidates from high-volume retail or service-based environments are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (essential)
  • Highly organised with excellent documentation and process management ability
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
