A large Government Department is looking for a SAP Functional Test Analyst to join their team in Melbourne on a 3 month contract role with possible extension.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

* Deliver successful release and testing services for all changes across ISD.
* Conduct Test Planning, Execution and Closure activities, for programs and projects which meet the business objectives of customers within the Departments IM / ICT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
* Perform testing activities for BAU tickets, SAP and SAP-SF Upgrades and SAP Projects that includes, but not limited to, writing and implementing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, running test readiness & other quality gate milestone reviews, executing test scenarios, managing defects, and provide test closure reports and other test phase artefacts.
* Establish and maintain strong, collaborative and productive working relationships with project stakeholders within and external to the Department.
* Contribute to successful project delivery while maintaining quality standards by liaising with project teams and vendors to ensure the end solutions comply with organisational functional and non-functional requirements.
* Provide all test phase artefacts and carry out the test activities as defined in DELWP's ICT Test Management Framework.
* Provide strong and coordination defect management and risk management of acceptance tests.
* Provide regular status reports to assist the management in making informed project delivery. decisions.Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications.

To be considered for the role you should demonstrate the following:

* Extensive ICT testing experience on HCM cloud applications such as SAP and SAP - SF.
* Extensive SAP Payroll Testing experience.
* Hands on experience across the entire testing lifecycle (ST, SIT, UAT).
* Hands on experience creation of test data, test scripts and capture test evidences.
* Intermediate level of expertise working with test tool Jira is required.
* Manual testing expertise is required.
