This division was set up in response to Covid-19 and is about to embark on a critical business initiative, which includes: the establishment of new warehouses and distribution centres across several key sites across Queensland and the deployment and embedding of an S/4HANA SAP S/4HANA, OPIM, EWM, SD & FICO solution to support these facilities.
Within this initiative the purpose of the Test Analyst roles will be to use their testing and business analysis expertise to test solution changes undertaken by the S/4HANA build team, efficiently and effectively, within required timeframes to confirm they should meet client business requirements specified.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Work within a project environment to deliver project milestones, deliverables and outcomes for assigned scope
- Collaborate with key stakeholders as required to ensure completion of testing deliverables within deadlines to be met to ensure timely release of functionality for the benefit of clients
- Contribute to test planning including automation planning, scheduling, preparation and report development
- Undertake test preparation activities by preparing appropriate test coverage and test scenarios by using HP ALM and Training Task Cards (MS Word)
- Plan, develop/record and execute automated test cases and scripts and associated data preparation scripts
- Transcribe existing scenarios from SOLMAN into HP ALM as part of test and training preparation
- Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to validate coverage
- Complete system integration and regression testing and associated activities such defect logging, status reporting, retesting, etc. within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies
- Support staff undertaking User Acceptance Testing
- Monitor and evaluate testing progress, risks and assist with reporting on these items appropriately to key stakeholders
- Contribute to service management initiatives by proactively making suggestions for improvements to processes, procedures and tools etc.
- The ability to travel within Queensland on an as-needs basis.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate high levels of expertise and experience in:
- An SAP test analyst and/or functional consultant role
- Understanding business requirements and system designs to develop quality test cases
- Executing system integration and regression testing on SAP systems S/4HANA (preferred) and/or ECC6 (minimum requirement)
- Testing of the following SAP supply chain modules: Materials Management (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, Material Master, MRP, Services, etc.), Extended Warehouse Management or Warehouse management and Sales and Distribution and their integration into FI/CO
- Documenting defects
- SOLMAN
- HP ALM
- A thorough understanding of testing practices, excellent communication and time management skills and have demonstrated experience working in an agile environment.
- Candidates with formal SAP certifications would be well regarded
- Candidates with Health industry experience would be well regarded
