Storeperson - Afternoon Shift | Ongoing Role | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Location: Dandenong South Shift: Afternoon shift - 2:00pm to 10:06pm, Monday to Friday Pay Rates:

• LF Licence: $38.00 p/h

• LO Licence: $39.76 p/h

We're partnering with a well‑established national supplier of industrial fasteners to recruit reliable and safety‑focused Storepersons for their busy Dandenong South warehouse. This is an ongoing, long‑term role with the view to transition to permanent employment after 6 months.

You'll be joining a stable, supportive team where reliability and a strong work ethic are genuinely valued.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

• Manual handling of products between 7-15kg (team lifting up to 25kg)

• Manual pallet wrapping and general warehouse housekeeping

• Operate forklifts (LF or LO) safely and in line with site procedures

• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

Workload split:

• LF Licence: ~90% pick packing, ~10% counterbalance forklift

• LO Licence: ~65% pick packing, ~35% LO & counterbalance forklift

What We're Looking For

• Valid LF or LO forklift licence (LO highly regarded)

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling

• Reliable, switched‑on, and committed to long‑term work

• Strong work history in warehousing or similar environments

• Willing to undergo a police check
