We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a small team on a packing/production line

This role will be Day Shift - 6am-2pm Mon-Fri

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a team of packers
• Run daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets
• Ensure products are reworked and labelled correctly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
• Complete basic reporting and system updates
• Work closely with warehouse team

What we're looking for

• Experience supervising staff in a manufacturing environment
• Strong safety and quality mindset
• Confident people leader with hands-on approach
• Good communication and basic computer skills
