Primary responsibilities:

The Workplace Services Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day facilities requests and operations for the building s office space. This position is fast paced and requires a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General upkeep of the facilities
  • Coordinate facility access as needed
  • Manage the setup of large meetings and events including catering setups and clean up
  • Facilitate daily deliverables for internal employee requests such as furniture, replacements and building requests. Delivering packages between buildings and taking office supply inventories
  • Assist with overseeing snack vendor to ensure optimum stock levels
  • Manage and administer ticket submittals for Workplace Services
  • Monitoring maintenance of facilities e.g. restrooms, showers and changing rooms
  • Gathering and managing lost and found items
  • Assist in making the office a great place to work

About You:

  • Time management skills
  • Experience with ticket management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related hands-on facilities experience
  • Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with inventory management, planning and executing internal moves, and space management
  • Self-starter; handles self with minimal supervision and is pro-active
  • Ability to plan and organise work in the required areas
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Has a can-do attitude and willingness to complete the job
  • Must be able to be comfortable lifting up to 20 kgs
