    About the Role

      Monitoring and recording of customers receipts, control and chase up outstanding debtorsProcessing and organising payment of supplier invoices, company expenses and employee expenses on a regular and timely basisAR/AP and bank reconciliationProcessing small volumes of payrollAssisting to post journalSupporting the month-end reporting processFiling and general administrative tasks

    About You

    Previous commercial experience in an AR/AP role or similar

      Previous ERP/Pronto experience highly desiredCan-do attitude and hard-workingStrong attention to detailCan work independentlyBe proactive in problem solving regarding system and process issuesRelevant Australian Accounting qualification desired but not essentialIntermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

    Here at Manpower we have a new and challenging position within the Accounting sector, our Perth team are currently shortlisting for a specialist PRRT Tax Advisor to join our Global leader in the Oil & Gas sector.
    You'll join an excellent international accounting team specialising in the implementation of tax recording and reporting related to one of the country's most prestigious resources projects. You'll report to the divisional manager and key stake holders across multiple touch points including internal tax works, JV partner businesses and the ATO.
    Being successful in this role will see you carrying out residual pricing methods, connected tax strategies, first lodgement of PRRT returns and management of internationally supported tax resources and reporting software.

    You will need to have:
    * CA or CPA accreditation
    * Solid Knowledge and Experience in PRRT
    * Excellent understanding of Oil & Gas related accounting and ATO interactions
    * Ability to lead by example including mentoring of assigned tax advisors

    This role will be offered on a contract position which will base you within a fantastic office location within Perth's CBD, offer an excellent rate of pay and see you challenged to implement the first stages of tax reporting that will draw on you full industry knowledge and be reward appropriately.
