    Manpower is currently seeking an experienced sales operations analyst for a global company based in the Sydney CBD.


    This is a 6 month contract position.


    About the role:
    The role requires supporting the greater Out of Home Team in the Customer development department, in preparation and communication of key reports specifically for Category Team and Distributor team. You will be responsible for liaising with many different areas of the business such as the OOH Category Teams, OOH Field Team and Distributor Team, National Business Team and State Account Managers.


    Key Duties of this role will include:
    Reporting and insights
    Understanding and utilizing the company's internal systems where you will present with strong insights and recommendations. You will also be responsible for developing and distributing weekly and monthly reports with analytical summaries for teams from Global, Regional, OLT and all OOH Departments.


    Communication & Support to OOH Stakeholders
    Assisting in communicating reports and data to many different audiences, presenting relevant findings on specific projects to key OOH stakeholders and field team during cycle meetings. Understand the companies' data architecture and customer hierarchy to be able to troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT business partners and maintain reliable information.


    Analytical Support
    Help the company understand the data in more depth to be able to identify the GAP areas and assist the Category team with NPD forecasting and Trade Category Planning. You will manage stake holder expectations, enable the Field Team for executions, and help the Category and Distributor team to make more informed business decisions in terms of promotions, projects and products. You must lead quarterly deep dive on channel shift (sales/store count & throughput) providing insights on key drivers- state/brand/distributor and assist the distributor and field team to ensure visibility of KPIs


    Qualifications and experience:
    * 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
    * Min Certificate or vocational education


    Salary $61 - $70,000 plus super depending on experience
