Working with some of the best team members in Perth we are offering a great position for a highly experienced Bids, Tender and Procurement professional that can take the lead in client tendering, procurement and commercial reporting based in a client sided position.

    With this leading position you'll have a detailed background in tender documentation presentation and processes, Pre-qualification of Tender documentation, Client negotiation and Project reporting. We ask for ownership of projects from our employee's and expect you to be fully compliant contract management plans, risk analysis and stakeholder management. This role is client sided position offering an exceptional opportunity to work on iconic WA associated facilities.

    You'll Need:
    * Detailed Background in Bid and Procurement Management
    * Tender Proposal Documentation Knowledge
    * Project Management Reporting & Planning Exposure
    * Accurately Manage Client Bids and Negotiation through all stage

    Do You Have:
    * Local Government Tendering Exposure
    * Tertiary Qualification in Project, Procurement or Contract Management
    * This position is to start with immediate effect and will be offered on a contract basis with an excellent remuneration fitting the high expectation and delivery standard.

    You will be undertaking activities associated with scheduled routine meter data collection. (This may include walking or driving from site to site.). You will use a hand held digital device to record meter readings for residential properties through-out Victoria.


    Ideally you will have a keen attention to detail as if the wrong figures are recorded it can affect a customer's bill. You will be required to walk long distances up to 6 hours per day so it is important that you are physically able to complete this.

    Rain, Hail or Shine the role goes ahead so you need to be comfortable working in the outdoors and throughout all types of weather.

    This role requires a highly motivated, self-managed individual that can work autonomously on a daily basis and still hit the required targets.

    Hours of work are Monday - Friday predominately 8am - 4pm.

    Your duties will consist of the following but will not be limited to:

      Accurately read Gas meters and enter data into PDE and/or laptopReport meter irregularities, missing meters, damaged equipment, or impediments to meter access.Verify reading in cases where consumption appears to be abnormal, and record possible reasons for fluctuations.Drive to different residential areas

    To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

      Be physically fit and able to regularly walk up to 25 kilometres per day in all weather conditions.Ability to work in ever changing terrain conditions and weather conditions.Ability to bend/squat up to 500 times per day to read meters.Exceptional attention to detailHave a reasonable level of confidence around dogs and other animals

    Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Transmission Switching Operator to join an International organisation within their Utility services sector; specialising in the development and delivery of energy infrastructure solutions. Reporting to the Project Manager and Field Supervisor, you will play an integral role carrying out Western Power Distribution Network Maintenance work in Perth, Mandurah and Bunbury regions.

    Your role will see you maintaining the electrical integrity of the Western Power Distribution Network via electrical testing, performing regular switching operations and managing Western Power Enars.


    To be considered for this outstanding role, you will need:

      Relevant Trade qualification - Cert 3 in ESI Power Systems (Transmission) or Cert 3 in ESI Power Systems (Distribution) with demonstrated experience on transmission line construction and maintenance
      Current Western Power accredited & approved Low Voltage and High Voltage switching authorisations including O, LOU & HOU
      Current Western Power Network Access Card
      Demonstrated experience operating the Western Power Network
      Sound knowledge writing and processing Western Power Enars
      Current Driver's License
