Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for candidates with Manpower Group Solutions'clients. This will involve both full cycle recruiting (screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit and culture questions, follow through after the candidate is hired) and ensuring that established processes and procedures are followed by third party vendors to ensure optimal performance. Based on site for one of MGS Global clients and reporting into the Team Lead Pan Asia, you will be accountable for vendor service delivery and end to end recruitment across Pan Asia to ensure efficiency, quality compliance and strong engagement.

The success of this role will be dependent upon building and maintaining effective relationships with all vendors and Vestas stakeholders as well as developing strong relationships with the team and senior management


  • Identify and submit candidates to client hiring mangers based on acquired understanding of position description and client requirements.
  • Vendor Management - Develop strong relationships with third party vendors and drive their service commitment
  • Manage client hiring manager relationships
  • Manage offer negotiation process - work with hiring managers to make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the position description by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
  • Administration and compliance - Monitor accuracy and compliance with SLA and address any issues in order to maintain compliance

Required Experience:

  • 3+ recruitment experience
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience working directly with senior hiring managers and manging full-cycle recruitment processes to include: Sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotations
  • Strong commitment to operational process and excellence
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment

Required Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Experince using Taleo
  • Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
  • Demonstrated proficiency in itilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
