    This role is a temp position and it is essential that you possess prior experience within an accounts and administrative environment. We are seeking an outstanding individual that is not only skilled but is energetic and is able to provide exceptional service to each individual they engage with.

    Due to business growth they will require an Accounts/Administration officer to work within a temp assignment in an ongoing capacity. There is the potential opportunity for the right candidate that this role my turn into a permanent position.

    Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm, with some flexibility to complete additional hours where required.

    Your duties will consist of the following but will not be limited to:-

      Management of debtors ledgerDaily allocations of EFT, Cheque and Credit Card paymentsPreparation of draft invoice/credit note for approval and subsequent raising of invoice/credit noteMonitoring debtors and follow up.monthly reconciliation and relevant ongoing of expensesRespond to queries or requests for information from customers in a timely mannercreation and maintenance of customer databaseDaily reconciliation of bank accountFill in for customer service department where required - answering calls and administration tasks

    to be successful in this role you must possess the following:-

      Previous Accounts and Administration experienceKnowledge of MYOB systemStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to work under pressure and in a fast paced environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsPresentableIntermediate Computer and MS Office skillsPossesses a professional and friendly phone manner
