    This firm partners with some of Australia's leading financial institutions to sell a diverse range of insurance products. Due to rapid growth they're seeking sales guns to join their outbound sales team in their contact centre that's based in the Norwest Business Park.

    This is a full time permanent role and you get to enjoy a free gym, massages and on-site parking. There is no weekend or late night shifts.

    Responsibilities:

      Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers promoting and selling our company productsMeeting or exceeding realistic KPI's and sales targetsBuilding rapport with existing and new customers to build relationships to follow up potential salesUp-selling and cross-selling products, further increasing both the company and your earning potentialProviding a positive customer experience

    About you:

      12 months experience in either a outbound contact centre, retail or hospitalityExperience in meeting and exceeding targets and KPI'sAvailability to work 7.5 hours a day between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday

      Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

    Retail assistant to join their Thomastown team.

    This role would ideally suit a candidate who has knowledge of paint and related products, customer service skills and experience with preparing orders for customers.

    The Role
    Hours of work are Monday - Friday between 07.00am and 5.00pm and Saturday between 08.00am and 11.00am, although flexibility with working hours is required due to business peak periods.
    You will be working in a busy Paint Centre and will need to provide exceptional customer service. As a part of this role you may be required to from time to time to work at other store locations.

    Responsibilities
    Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

      Customer Service and SalesAsist with mixing and tinting of paint productsProvide customers with advice in regards to stocked productsInwards and Outwards goods - put away and packaging of stock for Forklift drivingGeneral housekeeping of the store


    You
    Prior customer service experience (essential)
    Industry or Trade background
    Forklift licence/experience (desired)
