    Seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to autonomously drive profitable growth, accelerate coverage and build the brand to attract merchants and card members at scale.

    This team manages partnership marketing activity with the largest national merchants at American Express. In this role you will be responsible for driving Card spend at a portfolio of 30-40 merchants, across retail, travel, media and insurance.

    As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing end-to end tactical marketing campaigns, analysing campaign results and effectively tracking to marketing budgets. Executing with confidence and liaising with creative agencies, publishers and internal teams to execute marketing strategies.

    As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will be professional, positive and personable with high levels of energy and a proactive attitude. Impeccable organisational skills and competent in a pressured environment whilst accomplishing multiple projects to deadlines with a range of internal and external customer demands.

    Whilst you are a team player and able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, you exceed in autonomous working and can execute campaigns effectively.

    Essential requirements for the role of Assistant Marketing Manager constitute: -
    * Relationship management - experience owning and building relationships with internal and external partners
    * Consumer marketing experience - experience in dealing with agencies and end to end marketing execution
    * Offline and online marketing execution experience - demonstrate a passion for marketing and for digital innovation
    * Ability to work autonomously - confidence to own a campaign end to end
    * Attention to detail - ability to think through campaign constructs and customer journey to ensure flawless execution

    As the Business Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Vice President in supporting annual planning and budget management, scorecard and goal reporting, and the preparation of senior management presentations. In most cases, this will require working across various business lines within the corporation.

    Key accountabilities for the role of the Business Planning Manager constitute: -
    * Annual budget planning: Working closely with the Leadership team and business partners to create the yearly strategic plan and funding request.
    * Communications and Employee: Presentation preparation, development of team meeting agendas and content, and other ad hoc support to the leader on demand.
    * Performance Tracking and Trajectory: Working closely with the Leadership team, Marketing and Finance to consolidate and report on monthly financial and non-financial information.
    * Team Goal Alignment and Measurement: Responsible for helping to define consistent goals across the region, and performance tracking of Marketing team against measurable scorecards.
    * Development and Steering of Strategic Projects: Support the development of key strategic initiatives, providing overall strategic consult and administrative support to the leadership team.

    Essential requirements for the role of Business Planning Manager constitute: -
    * Proven ability to drive results and lead/project manage multiple projects simultaneously
    * Proven financial acumen and analytical/data skills
    * Excellent strategy and problem solving skills, balanced with ability to put ideas into practice
    * Strong presentation development skills with extensive experience in PowerPoint design
