Manpower are currently seeking a Travel Coordinator for an ASAP start with our client located in Sydney CBD
Working on a 3 month temp assignment to cover leave, this is a great opportunity to get exposure with a globally recognised organisation. This role will suit somebody with a can-do attitude who can hit the ground running
Your key responsibilities:
Management of multiple client's events, from 10 people up to 1000's including all aspects of their Air TravelDeliver outstanding service to the clients specification including research, budgets, policies, negotiation and management of airlinesPlanning, coordination, and execution of group air travelCommunicate confidently amongst peers to share best practiceAchieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality service and demonstrate significant savings on client spend. Financial management throughout the life cycle of the booking.Able to work on own initiative and within a team.
What we need from you:
Knowledge of the airline industryAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesPrevious group or business travel experience is preferredGDS (Sabre) knowledge is highly regardedGroup and or published airline ticketing experience desirableNegotiation and contracting skillsMS Office user, specifically MS Outlook and intermediate MS Excel skills
