Manpower are currently looking for Chefs for our client based in HMAS Cerberus.

You would be working in a 'Mess Hall' setting, working closely with lead Chefs to ensure operation of a high-volume face paced kitchen.

Pay Rate : From $38 p.h. + OT + Super
3 to 4 days a week to start from 23/5/25 for 3 mths.

Duties:

• Serving breakfast, lunch dinner and functions
• Food preparation and quality control
• Operate large volume commercial cooking equipment
• Maintain a clean work space

Requirements:

• Be an Australian Citizen and able to pass police check
• Previous Chef experience - HACCP, Cert 3
• 1 to 2 years of minimum experience is required
• Preparing and serving meals for 400-500 people, equipment cleaning, adhering to allergy and food safety process
