Our client, a Government owned prison requires an open minded cleaning team leader who will be working in close proximity with prisoners undertaking supervising of cleaning staff and cleaning duties.
THE ROLE:
- Supervise cleaning staff and areas
- Ensuring cleaning areas are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Demonstrate respect for all workers.
- Encourage mutual respect and understanding within the team.
- Foster an inclusive environment where diversity is valued and celebrated.
ABOUT YOU:
- MUST HAVE Previous cleaning supervisory or team leader experience
- Current Tasmanian Drivers Licence
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A TASMANIAN POLICE CHECK
- Be of a good nature
- Be open minded about the real development and improvement of inmates
- Looking to make a real improvement to the state of Tasmania
